**What is Bullying and Abusive Behavior?**

When someone gets over zealous and does it time after time THEN THAT IS BULLYING.

Description:

1) If you get iced 3 times in the same day from the same person.

2) If someone hit lists you more than 3 times in the same day.

3) If someone ices you , hit lists you and calls mafia on you at the same time.

4) If someone comes back to rob you more than one time.

5) If someone sucker punches you more than 5 times the same day ( that's offensive )


If it is done by a "Tagged" person from another clan notify an administrator to give diplomacy a chance to work.
